The Flat Top
The DC Blocks® Flat Top design is intended to be the top section of a stack of DC Blocks for increased comfort with box squats, for an increased landing or stance platform when performing plyometrics, step-ups, or other assistance exercises. We have even seen them used on top of two stacks of DC Blocks as a bench press bench. DO NOT stack a Flat Top on top of another Flat Top. Flat Tops do not interlock with each other.
